Dragon Ball Z voice actor Daisuke Gōri stabs self to death

Japanese voice actor Daisuke Gori has died of self-inflicted stab wounds, according to Tokyo Web. Gori was known for a number of roles, chiefly numerous roles in the Dragon Ball Z franchise (including Umigame and Ox King). Gori also lent his voice to Ruby Eye Shabranigdo in Slayers, Heihachi in Tekken 4-6, and the Japanese version of Yosemite Sam.

Gori was 57.

"self-inflicted stab wounds" = seppuku?

Wow, that's hard to do! (I would assume, since I've never stabbed myself to death)

After a re-reading of the incident, it appears that Gori slit his wrists – not pleasant, but not quite as awful as stabbing yourself to death (although I guess one could argue they're essentially the same thing..)
