Completing the trifecta of dead Japanese people – Isamu Tanonaka, voice of Jar Jar Binks

The man who lent his vocal talents to the infamous Jar Jar Binks for the Japanese relases of The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones, Isamu Tanonaka, died on January 13th. In fairness to the man, he’s actually more well known for his work on GeGeGe no Kitaro, so let’s remember him that way, yes?

I tried to locate a YouTube clip of Tanonaka doing Jar Jar Binks, but failed. So here’s some round-eye dude rocking the Star Wars theme on a shamisen. Take it away, round-eye dude!
