Dumped? Take Off Work!
One Japanese marketing company, which is staffed entirely by women, is offering ‘heartache leave’ for their employees when they get dumped.
Leave gets longer as you get older. I guess they assume it’s harder on older women to breakup; I can’t speak for older women but most of the ones I know are tough as nails, though they wouldn’t turn down a couple days off.
This company also offers time off so the employees can go shopping during big sales. Can we get any more stereotypical here?
