I didn’t know Japan had no juries in their legal system until recently. I’ve never sat on a jury (I wonder if I got called now, if I could get out of it because I’m pregnant and have to pee every 20 minutes) so maybe I should watch these videos and learn all about it.

I hope if I ever have to be on a jury I would get a really exciting case, like they have on Law & Order.  One where the lawyers scream a lot and make the witnesses cry. That would be sweet.
