Update on Dave Arneson
It seems the reports of Dave Arneson’s death yesterday were slightly exaggerated. The husband went on his favorite D&D board to commiserate with other fans and learned that, while many media outlets reported his death on April 7th, he was in fact simply being transferred to hospice care at that time. At the moment (9 am on April 8th), he is, to the best of everyone’s knowledge, still alive, though probably not much longer. It’s a very sad thing for all the people whose lives he touched. Play a game in his honor while he’s still here.
