I didn’t watch the Oscar show last night (sooooo boring) but apparently not one but two Japanese films won in the Foreign Language category and the Short Animated Film category!
And what with Slumdog Millionaire sweeping the board clean, it seems like it was definitely an Asian sort of night. Almost makes me wish I had watched it. Well, not really.
