Sideshow Collectibles offering Harlock in Fall ‘08
For the love of god, if I were rich, I’d just leave a standing order with my army of servants to purchase everything and anything that Sideshow Collectibles has to offer. Of course, since I’m not, I just have to woefully browse their catalog, yearning for all the geeky tchochkes which will never be mine.
Like this Harlock statue, for example. Look at that. That, my friends. is the epitome of bad-assery. From the empty wine-glass to the skulls adorning the throne…simply bad ass.
Sideshow is on a bit of an otaku roll lately – check out their Major Kusanagi figure, as well. Little pricey for a figure that clocks in at less than ten inches, but it’s a nice piece. Alas, I’ve already donated too much money to the Sideshow Charity Fund this year…but maybe I can put the kids on an all-ramen diet for a few months.
Sounds like a plan to me!
